Another contribution to the food waste crisis is a store called Ugly Greens, a sister company to the NYC rooftop grower Gotham Greens. This market may not be as aesthetically pleasing as other stores, but they also sell their products for $1 less and bring awareness via packaging that most brands throw away perfectly good food.

For the remainder of 2017  health establishments will make their pricing more affordable and position their marketing toward everyday consumers. With so many diet and nutrition trends, the age of living well is set to continue evolving.
